Let’s treat China the country as a black box. An anonymous country we never know. A system that we observe from above, and conduct a thought experiment.

Can a “weasel” government run a country, leads 98% of its people out of extreme poverty, and even make this country’s total GDP 2nd of the world in merely 40 years?

Is this government did something right?

In the passing decades, lots of country adopted democratic system, but not all doing well, some are even fall into deep conflict crisis. Now there is a country goes in another way. Its people are getting richer and richer. Its companies siege one market and another. As a reasonable and curious person, why not give it a try. Why not give diversity a try.

If China goes in a total wrong way, it will fall apart someday, if not, it will thrive no matter how people judge it.
