From Magna Carta to Noble protection

We all know that Modern Society born in England. Based on my sparse history knowledge, the born of Magna Carta declare the beginning of modernity, and new form of politic system and science.

Why would the Modernity appeared in England and then Europe, rather than China in the east side? my conclusion is the balance of Noble/Rich class exists.

Magna Carta signed between the King and England nobles and land lords, it has nothing to do with civilian class. There is always a force that balance the power of King. it is the balance that give birth of Modernity.

While in China, Emperor Qin Shihuang eliminated almost all noble class after he unifying China as one country. the then government officials or bureaucratic class are those attached to central financial, are fully controlled by Emperor. which means there are no more powerful noble that can balance the kings.

Because the power of King/Emperor in China is so great, there are always another bunch of people want to challenge the central government and lead to wars.

In “Another Reason to be Left Wing” , I provide a reason for rich people to protect the common civilian. Today, I am also trying to provide a reason for civilian commons to protect well of your rich class of your country. They are balance forces for the society and common benefits.
